Opus 700 boiling tops from Lincat are the ideal way to increase hob capacity and productivity. Available in three modular sizes, the 2, 4 and 6-burner models can easily be mounted on existing counters, or on an optional purpose built stand to create a boiling table*. Uniquely designed pan supports channel spillages into the hob top, which is fully sealed to prevent leakages, so all internal working parts are protected against the potential build up of grease and grime. The full depth hob top and low level rear flue allow the whole hob to be used � even with the largest pans. *Floor stand not available for two burner.
